Abstract
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is currently revising its Special Publication 800-53, Security and Privacy Controls for Federal Information Systems and Organizations. It’s important to note that NIST did not establish this framework to defend private industry. NIST 800-53 best practices have, however, become the de facto standard for private enterprises doing business with the United States federal government as a result of widespread outsourcing to private companies and substantial regulation of businesses. Keep in mind that NIST 800-53 is a superset of ISO 27002, which implies that you will find all of the ISO 27002’s components covered by NIST 800-53. ” There are some aspects of NIST 800-53 that ISO 27002 does not cover: The additional needs for compliance that NIST over ISO can cover are nicely depicted in the accompanying diagram.

The goal of this study was to examine the impact of intrinsic and extrinsic incentive variables on employee engagement in Oman’s private institutions, as well as the role of top management support as a mediating element. Explanatory survey research design and a quantitative and qualitative study survey were used to accomplish this. A total of 349 questionnaires were collected from the study’s target population, which consisted of all management office personnel at four private universities, as well as primary and secondary data. The study used proportionate stratification with simple random sampling in order to acquire relevant data and ensure that all employees had an equal opportunity. Once the reliability analysis, bivariate correlation, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis were completed, the statistical program social science was used to conduct further inferential statistics tests (SPSS). According to the study’s findings, extrinsic motivation is more important than intrinsic motivation, and there is a correlation between intrinsic and extrinsic motivations and employee engagement. According to the findings, extrinsic motivation is more closely linked to employee engagement than intrinsic motivation. As a suggestion, the university should figure out which approaches work best for encouraging individuals and what inspires them, and then make sure that each employee gets the right kind of motivation. Managers should also make an effort to inform personnel about the university’s mission. Finally, businesses should take the initiatives to align their vision with that of their employees towards universities.

“The impact of nursing burnout on patient care quality”
Burnout among nurses is a major issue in healthcare, and it can have negative effects on patients and nurses alike. The level of care that nurses are able to give their patients may be negatively impacted by burnout, which can include emotional weariness, depersonalization, and a drop in personal successes. The healthcare system is not immune to the negative effects of burnout, which include decreased job satisfaction, increased turnover, and absenteeism. One of the most pressing problems in healthcare today is nurse burnout. For the purpose of examining the influence of burnout among nurses on the quality of treatment and patient satisfaction outcomes. Both patients and the healthcare system are vulnerable to the effects of nurse burnout. Reduced patient satisfaction and deteriorating care quality are symptoms of nurse burnout. At its core, burnout has always been considered a personal problem. Still, a more holistic view is required to combat burnout among nurses, and this can be achieved by recasting burnout as a communal and organizational problem.

Precision Medicine in Cardiovascular Diseases: Opportunities and Challenges
Precision medicine seeks to provide optimal treatment to each patient based on their specific characteristics and needs, at the most appropriate moment. Precision medicine has the potential to be applied in all stages of cardiovascular disease, including risk prediction, preventive strategies, and specific therapy approaches. The advancements in genomes and other omics have the potential to greatly enhance precision medicine. However, the effectiveness of precision medicine also relies significantly on well-established biomarkers, functional tests, and imaging techniques. Cardiovascular medicine frequently utilizes noninvasive diagnostic methods and symptom-based disease management. On the other hand, other clinical fields such as oncology and immunology have already transitioned to molecular diagnostics, which are well-suited for precision medicine strategies. Precision medicine approaches can be applied to various medical conditions, including common diseases like hypertension, conditions with uncertain diagnosis and prognosis like angina, and conditions that have high mortality rates and require expensive and potentially harmful interventions like dilated cardiomyopathy and cardiac resynchronization therapy. of order to effectively address the worldwide impact of cardiovascular illnesses, it is necessary to undergo a change of mindset that allows for the complete utilization of precision medicine’s capabilities .

The Role of Public Health Policies in Addressing Non-Communicable Diseases
Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) impose a significant health and economic burden on local and national governments. Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are diseases that are not caused by infectious agents. The aetiology of these diseases can be attributed to either hereditary or behavioural causes. They encompass coronary heart disease, stroke, hypertension (high blood pressure), type 2 diabetes, kidney disease, specific types of cancer, respiratory and liver diseases, excessive weight and obesity, as well as some mental health disorders. These diseases are the main cause of illness and death worldwide, and low- and middle-income nations experience a higher burden of these diseases compared to other countries. The majority of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) can be attributed to the modifiable factors of tobacco use, excessive alcohol use, unhealthy food, and insufficient physical exercise (Unwin, et al.2017).

“Comparative Analysis of ABG and VBG Parameters in Critically Ill”
Arterial blood gas (ABG) and venous blood gas (VBG) studies are vital diagnostic techniques employed in critical care environments to evaluate a patient’s acid-base equilibrium, oxygenation level, and general metabolic performance. Although ABG analysis has traditionally been regarded as the most reliable method for assessing respiratory and metabolic health, VBG analysis has recently garnered more interest as a less invasive substitute. Nevertheless, the therapeutic importance and dependability of VBG values in relation to ABG parameters continue to be topics of discussion and research, especially in critically ill individuals. This prospective study seeks to conduct a thorough comparative analysis of arterial blood gas (ABG) and venous blood gas (VBG) parameters in critically sick patients. The study aims to examine the accuracy, reliability, and clinical consequences of VBG analysis in this specific group. This study aims to investigate the relationship between ABG and VBG results and their influence on clinical decision-making by analyzing several factors such as pH, partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2), partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2), bicarbonate (HCO3-), and base excess (BE). It is essential to comprehend the agreement and disagreement between ABG and VBG parameters in critically sick patients in order to enhance patient care, reduce procedure risks, and optimize resource use. Moreover, the identification of scenarios in which VBG analysis can effectively replace ABG analysis has the potential to better patient outcomes and optimize efficiency in critical care environments (Kelly, 2015).

IMPACT OF INCENTIVES ON HEALTH FACILITIES WORKERS’ PERFORMANCE” A CASE STUDY
Introduction : Incentives, whether financial or non-financial, have a significant impact on employees’ job performance. Financial incentives such as bonuses, commissions, and profit-sharing plans motivate employees to work harder and achieve better results. Non-financial incentives such as recognition, career development opportunities, and flexible work arrangements also play a crucial role in boosting employee morale and job satisfaction. When employees feel valued and appreciated, they are more likely to be engaged in their work and perform at their best. Therefore, organizations that offer a mix of financial and non-financial incentives can create a positive work environment that fosters high levels of productivity and performance.

Exploring the Pharmacokinetic Profiles and Therapeutic Efficacy of Novel Drug Delivery Systems for Targeted Cancer Therapy
Novel drug delivery systems developed for targeted cancer therapy are the focus of this investigation of their therapeutic efficacy and pharmacokinetic properties. Systemic toxicity and less-than-ideal results are common results of conventional cancer treatments because of their lack of selectivity. This study intends to better understanding of the interplay between different drug delivery mechanisms, their effects on drug distribution, and treatment results by investigating these systems within the body. Some of the goals include finding ways to improve targeted treatment and analyzing pharmacokinetic properties and therapeutic efficacy. Based on the results, it seems that there are drug delivery systems that have better therapeutic results and more favorable pharmacokinetic profiles than the traditional methods. Some of the suggestions include conducting additional studies to determine the best attributes of the distribution method and to confirm its effectiveness through clinical trials. With their enhanced effectiveness and decreased toxicity, personalized drug delivery systems have the ability to transform targeted cancer treatment, according to this research .

Utilizing artificial intelligence for the enhancement of public health
Introduction :
Since the term “artificial intelligence” (AI) was initially introduced by a cohort of researchers in 1956, significant progress has been made in this domain. Although numerous AI applications have been implemented in high-income countries, their utilisation in resource-poor environments is still in its early stages. Indications suggest that a shift is underway. (Alali, et al., 2022) A global conference was organised by the United Nations (UN) in 2017 with the purpose of deliberating on the advancement and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) applications that have the potential to alleviate destitution and provide an extensive array of essential public services. Recently, a diverse range of stakeholders convened at an additional United Nations meeting to evaluate the potential contribution of artificial intelligence (AI) towards the realisation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The Contribution of Radiology Nurses in Addressing Anxiety Among Patients
Anxiety among patients is a widespread issue in radiology departments globally, affecting those who are undergoing diagnostic imaging treatments. Patients frequently have heightened anxiety levels when they enter an unfamiliar place and have concerns about the operation and potential repercussions. A wide spectrum of patients encounters anxiety levels during invasive procedures, including X-rays, MRIs, and other routine diagnostic tests. This anxiety can appear in different ways, ranging from slight unease to intense anguish, and can have a negative impact on patient participation, image quality, and overall satisfaction with the healthcare experience (Forshaw et al., 2018).
