Strategies and Sources of Soft Power in Saudi Arabia

Abstract
when asked what makes Saudi Arabia so powerful, wouldn’t think of the country’s abundance of oil and gas? Saudi Arabia’s clout extends far beyond the country’s oil assets. Rather than its oil revenues, Saudi Arabia has historically relied on its cultural power as the capital of the Muslim and Arab nations to maintain its domestic, regional, and global influence. Saudi Arabia’s soft power has been more influential than its crude exports. Because of this fortitude, Saudi Arabia was able to weather the storm of the Arab Spring. The Saudi Kingdom’s soft power is largely responsible for its widespread sway in the Middle East and beyond. This paper examines the sources of Saudi Arabia’s soft power, identifies its main components, and assesses their relative importance.

SOFT POWER STRATEGIES IN FACING CULTURE’S BOUNDLESS INFLUENCE IN CREATING FOREIGN POLICY

Abstract
In the twenty-first century, nations have more opportunities than ever to influence regional and global dynamics. Economic prosperity, ideological persuasion, and cultural allure are now more essential than military strength and nuclear weapons in many situations. Recently, physical power has emerged as one of the most important instruments of foreign policy. It’s common knowledge that “hard power” refers to a policy of coercion based on the use and/or threat of armed force against a specific nation. However, in today’s increasingly interconnected and interdependent world, old-fashioned political tools like nuclear weapons are no longer effective because they could cause the complete economic collapse of the country that launched the attack (with the exception of so-called “rogue states”).
The Evaluation and Management of Patients Suffering from Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Abstract
Anovulation, androgen excess (often ovarian, but also adrenal in origin), and the appearance of polycystic ovaries on ultrasound all describe polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), the most common endocrinopathy among adult women in the developed world. Expert-based diagnostic criteria are contested because they fail to take into account the known metabolic abnormalities associated to aberrant insulin action that affect many women with the syndrome. These abnormalities include glucose intolerance, diabetes, and dyslipidemia. The most bothersome symptoms for patients include hirsutism, obesity, infertility, and menstruation abnormalities. Epidemiological research have not shed light on the syndrome’s potential long-term effects, such as an elevated risk for cardiovascular events based on risk factor profile. Genetic investigations support the idea that the condition is caused by a complicated genetic disorder, suggesting that its aetiology is multifactorial. Gonadotropin and gonadotropin receptor genes, interestingly, are the ones identified as candidates in many genome-wide association studies that best match into current hypotheses about the pathophysiology. Symptoms are usually treated, and the search for a panacea that corrects reproductive and metabolic problems continues. Hormonal contraception, progestins, and metformin are frequently used for the long-term management of PCOS. Ovulation induction therapies, which may include medications like letrozole or clomiphene or gonadotropin therapy, are at the centre of infertility treatment. Hormonal contraceptives and anti-androgens are frequently used together in the treatment of hirsutism. Obese women with PCOS may benefit from weight loss for infertility therapy and long-term management.

Abstract
Background
The World Health Organization classified the 2019 epidemic of novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) as a “pandemic.” The outbreak is putting unprotected populations all around the world in danger of a health emergency.A case report with a young woman who was discovered to have COVID-19 and PROM during the third trimester of her pregnancy was presented.
Case presentation
A woman in her twenties (19) who had been experiencing a minor fever for four days arrived at the clinic. She was bleeding badly from the vagina and her membranes had burst prematurely. COVID-19 was thought to exist.
The PROM assay yielded a positive result. The primary method would be an urgent C-section birth within the next twenty-four hours. Following delivery, the newborn isolation protocol was implemented without any delay in skin-to-skin contact or cord clamping. The neonatal nasopharyngeal swab, which was collected immediately after delivery, contained coronavirus (COVID-19).
Conclusion
A severe case of neonatal and maternal COVID-19 during the third trimester of pregnancy caused an early membrane rupture that led to vaginal bleeding and an early delivery. A multidisciplinary team’s engagement in the treatment of patients with severe COVID-19 throughout pregnancy is very beneficial.

Types of mechanical Stresses
Name: Fahad salem althallab
Email: fs.althalab@gmail.com
Abstract
Stress, according to its definition, refers to the force exerted on a small area, this physical quantity is derived from two fundamental quantities: force [N] and area [m2], and is classified as a fundamental quantity like energy, torque, and velocity.
Continuum mechanics defines stress as a fundamental physical quantity that explains the forces that occur during deformation. When an object undergoes deformation by being pulled apart, like a stretched elastic band, it is exposed to tensile stress and can experience elongation. Conversely, when an object is pushed together, such as a crumbled sponge, it is exposed to compressive stress and can undergo compression. The intensity of stress is determined by the size of the force and the small area of the object upon which it acts.
The measurement of stress can be expressed as the amount of force applied per unit area, such as [Pa] or [N/m2]. The analysis of fundamental quantities, including stress, can be analyzed without explicitly considering the material’s nature or the physical mechanisms responsible for its occurrence.

Abstract
This study is an empirical investigation into the connection between school leadership and path to success. The big question is, “What kinds of school administration are most likely to help students get on the right track?” By focusing on the leadership styles and methods used by school administrators, this study aims to add to and deepen the current body of literature on the topic.
The research method is a case study, which looks into a phenomenon in its natural environment. Each of the five case studies will use a triangulation of data from different sources, including document analysis (Ofsted inspection reports), semi-structured interviews, and participant observations, to arrive at their conclusions. Teachers and members of administrative teams are participating in this research. The researcher will use a variety of methods to gather information about the teachers, middle managers, and senior school leaders in order to learn about their perspectives on leadership and its effects on their roles, responsibilities, and feelings of ownership over school improvement.
This document details the study context, the literature review, the methodology, and the entire project outline.

Impact of health information technology (HIT) on nursing practices and performance
: Abstract
Growing demand, rising expenses, inconsistent and poor service , and ineffective , poor quality of care processes are all threats to
healthcare systems . Governments are responding by coming up with several initiatives, one of which is to heavily invest in health-related ICT (information and communication technologies) or HIT (health information technology) . HIT have been challenging to integrate , despite their seeming potential . The implementation challenges related to organizational management and their interactions were shown . The study made several significant recommendations for the field’s future directions: (1) more research is required to demonstrate the cost-effectiveness of HIT, as well as to develop the best HIT applications ; and (2) more knowledge is required to understand how
organizational change , incentives, liability concerns, end users’ HIT competencies and skills , structure , and work process issues relate to achieving the benefits of HIT . The five aspects that were found while addressing the impact of HIT in healthcare organizational systems should be taken into account in future policy interventions , as well as the relationships between the effects of interventions targeted at different dimensions

The Psychological and Socio-political Consequences of Infectious Diseases; A systematic review
: Abstract
Background : Individuals and societies have evolved behavioral immune systems to avoid disease and infection. These systems promote disease-avoidance behaviors, such as avoiding unfamiliar or potentially contaminating stimuli. These behaviors can manifest as stigma, rejection, and fear towards individuals living in or coming from affected communities, those with underlying illnesses and the elderly population.
Methods : To find the literature assessing the psychological and socio-political effects of infectious diseases, an electronic search was conducted through the following databases: PubMed, Google Scholar, Embase and Science Direct. A total of 30,482 articles were initially identified through the systematic search process. After removing duplicates (n =368), screening based on title and abstract was conducted, resulting in the inclusion of seven publications for full-text screening. Subsequently, after full-text screening, seven publications met the inclusion criteria and were included in this systematic review.
Conclusion: Infectious
diseases trigger psychological and socio-political shifts, fostering authoritarianism, altering voting behavior, and influencing legislation. Further investigation is crucial to comprehend these mechanisms across varied cultural contexts.

General anesthesia and its complications
The use of anesthetics has greatly improved the quality of life for patients undergoing surgery and other medical procedures by reducing or eliminating their perception of pain. The hazards of anaesthesia are the same as those of any medical procedure . Healthcare personnel need to be knowledgeable in recognizing and treating anaesthesia-related complications , which can be anything from minor to fatal (Wasnik, M., et al., 2020).
Local , regional, and general anesthesia are the three most common forms. For smaller surgical procedures , such as those involving a tooth or a finger , local anesthesia is used to numb the area . An injection or catheter can be used to give regional anesthesia , which numbs a wider portion of the body , like an arm or a leg . The most frequent kind of anesthesia , known as general anesthesia , causes the patient to become asleep and numb

Promoting Patient-Centered Care and Strategies for Enhancing Communication and Collaboration in Nursing Practice
A break from conventional wisdom towards a more individualized method of healthcare delivery, patient-centered care is a cornerstone of modern nursing practice. Patients are seen as more than just objects to be treated; they are encouraged to be active participants in their own care journeys. At its heart is the idea that each patient is an individual with their own set of experiences, perspectives, and priorities that must be considered when providing care. It is more important than ever for healthcare providers, patients, and their families to work together in an effort to overcome this paradigm shift.
In the ever-changing world of healthcare, effective communication is crucial for bringing all parties engaged in the treatment process together. As the first line of defense in a patient’s healthcare, nurses have the important duty of informing, supporting, and connecting with their patients. Communicating with patients in a way that is both clear and compassionate allows for the sharing of important medical information while also building trust, reducing fears, and giving them agency over their own healthcare decisions (Kwame, A., & Petrucka, P. M. (2021) .
