Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted various political, economic, and social domains, necessitating widespread and comprehensive changes. This is particularly evident in the design of interior spaces within hospital buildings, including spaces for isolation. These changes encompass various design requirements that alter interior spatial systems at multiple levels, with their effects varying according to the theoretical framework applied to interpret this process as a stimulus-response in the design system’s performance and direction.
This can elucidate the nature of interior spaces as integrated systems of relationships that explain the role of change in these systems. These systems reflect the fundamental tasks sought by interior designers, informed by their understanding of hospital spaces’ nature and the utilization of various possibilities, techniques, and methods to translate spatial requirements and employ them to frame their functional characteristics. This is achieved through the incorporation of insights and ideas to move towards the concept of health interface redesign, which has become an essential requirement for adapting to the current event.

Role of P53 in oral squamous cell carcinoma; a systematic review with meta-analysis

Background: studies on the association between a polymorphism in the human tumour suppressor p53 (TP53) and the likelihood of developing oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) have produced widely varying results. Therefore, the purpose of this review is to inquire into the function of p53 in oral squamous cell cancer.
Methods: Studies that provided complete data on the genotype frequency of TP53 polymorphism in OSCC/OL patients and healthy controls were carefully selected from a comprehensive search of the scientific literature for case-control studies relevant to the study objectives. To analyses the impact of TP53 on patients’ susceptibility to OSCC, we calculated P values (P values for association testing), odds ratios (ORs), and ORs with 95% confidence intervals (CIs). Eleven studies with relevant data were included, and these were found using google scholar, pubmed, and Science direct.
Results: There were twenty case-control studies that met the criteria. All six genetic models (allele C versus G, PA = 0.741; carrier C versus G, PA = 0.853; homozygote CC versus GG, PA = 0.085; heterozygote GC versus GG, PA = 0.882; dominant GC + CC versus GG, PA = 0.969; recessive CC versus GG + GC, PA = 0.966) did not show an increased or decreased risk of OSCC. Furthermore, most meta-analyses of subgroups did not find a significant difference between cases and controls (PA > 0.05). Our meta-analysis of research on OSCC using Bag’s and Egger’s tests revealed no significant indication of publication bias among the included articles. The sensitivity analysis has led us to these probable outcomes.
Conclusions: There is no correlation between TP53 rs1042522 and the risk of oral squamous cell carcinoma, according to our updated meta-analysis and prior studies. Our meta-analysis also found something else that came as a surprise: patients with oral leukoplakia are not at risk due to the TP53 rs1042522 polymorphism. Additional high-quality case-control studies are required to determine whether the TP53 rs1042522 polymorphism affects the risk of oral leukoplakia and oral squamous cell carcinoma.

ABSTRACT
Social entrepreneurship is an emerging discipline that offers creative solutions to enduring social issues that have historically been disregarded by businesses, governments, and nongovernmental organizations, such as poverty, lack of access to education, clean drinking water, and human rights (Abeysekera, 2019). The main objective of social entrepreneurship is to obtain opportunities to contribute to society by promoting social change or meeting social needs. Social entrepreneurship is a process that includes providing services in accordance with environmental needs (Daud et al., 2018).
There are many dimensions of social entrepreneurship represented in social learning, spirituality, trustworthiness, call of conscience, and sense of humanity (Irawan, Suryanto & Mashud, 2019). Other dimensions may include social vision, sustainability, social network, innovation, and financial returns (Nga et al., 2018). Global acceptance of social entrepreneurship has grown dramatically. It is a strategy for seeking out original answers to societal challenges. Similar to how typical entrepreneurs alter the business’s profile, social entrepreneurs serve as change agents for community development (Ilahi et al., 2022).

ABSTRACT
Barley, a versatile and widely cultivated cereal grain, has gained increased attention as a potential ingredient for producing healthy and functional foods. This research paper aimed to explore the nutritional composition of barley, its health benefits, and its potential applications in the food industry. The paper delved into the various bioactive compounds found in barley, such as dietary fibers, antioxidants, and phytochemicals, which contribute to its beneficial effects on human health. Furthermore, it discussed the potential of barley in the development of functional foods, including its use in bakery products, beverages, and snacks. The paper also examined the challenges and opportunities associated with incorporating barley into the food industry. Overall, this research paper aimed to highlight barley as a promising cereal grain for producing nutritious and functional foods.
